 Chicken kabiraji


1.boneless chicken breast piece 3

2. Ginger paste 1 tablespoon 

3. Garlic (1) , green chillies (5), corriander leaves ( 1 bunch) 

4. Vinegar 1 tablespoon

5. Lemon juice (1)

6.pepper 3 teaspoon

7.red chilli powder 1 teaspoon

8.chat masala 1 teaspoon

9.salt as per taste

10.refined oil

11.breadcrumbs

12.flour

13.cornflour 2 tablespoon

14.eggs 4

15.garam masala powder 2 teaspoon


Process

Marinate chicken in vinegar for 30 mins

Drain off excess vinegar

Make a paste with garlic, green chillies, coriander leaves,lemon juice.

Add the marinated masala on chicken, add pepper(2 teaspoons) red chilli powder garam masala powder

Refrigerate it for 7-8 hours

Bring it to room temperature before cooking add salt

Break the eggs, dip chicken inside egg, coat it with breadcrumbs, flour, keep it aside and deep fry 

Add cornflour to remaining egg, add salt and remaining pepper

In pan spread the egg randomly, coat fried chicken in egg 

Now add it in the fried egg

Flip it carefully.

Serve it with sauce add chat masala on top of it
