Echorer kofta

Ingredients
1. Jackfruit or echor 500gm
2. Onion 1 big whole
3. Potatoes 2
4. Ginger garlic paste 3 tablespoons
5. Tomato - 1
6. Garam masala whole
7. Corriander powder 1 teaspoon
8. Cumin powder 1 teaspoon
9. Cornflower 1 tablespoon
10.flour 1 tablespoon
11. Ghee 1 teaspoon
12. Mustard oil 4 table spoon
13. Salt as per taste
14. Turmeric powder 2 teaspoon
15. Chilli powder 1 teaspoon
16.garam masala powder 2 teaspoon
17. Sugar as per taste
18. Resin or kismis -8-10

Procedure
Boil jackfruits and 1 potato  , mash them, add salt, turmeric powder 1 teaspoon, 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder, 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste, corriander powder, garam masala powder 1 teaspoon, mix them well. Add 1/2  tablespoon of  oil, saute the mixture well. Bring the mixture to room temperature and add cornflower and flour to the same. Make nice small balls  add resins or kismis inside the balls .
Add 2 tablespoon of oil in a pan and fry the balls.
In a pan heat the oil fry the potatoes and keep them aside. Add garam masala whole in oil, add nicely chopped onions, ginger garlic paste, tomato paste, cumin powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt, sugar, cook them well, add potatoes followed by water and cover it ,once the potatoes get boiled add kofta to the gravy and cook for 2/3 minutes. Add ghee and garam masala powder and serve
