Prawn chicken pocket

Ingredients
1. Prawn medium sized 4
2. Ginger -1 small piece, garlic -4/5 cloves
3. Green chillies 2
4. Corriander leaves
5. Garam masala powder
6. Salt as per taste
7. Pepper 1 teaspoon
8. Red chilli powder 1/ 2 teaspoon
9. Egg 1
10. Breadcrumbs
11.refined oil
12. Vinegar

Process
Make a thin slice of chicken and marinate it overnight in vinegar and pepper
In a mixer add ginger garlic green chillies pepper, salt, prawn.
In a pan add 1 teaspoon of oil and add the mixture and saute it.
Add the mixture of prawn inside the chicken slice and wrap it . Seal the ends with a coating of  soaked flour or a toothpick.
Add red chilly powder to the egg  and mix it well.
Dip the chicken inside egg and coat it with breadcrumbs. Make double coat of egg and breadcrumbs.
Refrigerate it for 2-3 hours. Bring it to room temperature.
Heat the oil add the chicken and fry it.
Serve it with French fries, tomato sauce, onions
