Bhapa Bhetki


Ingredients
1. Vetki fish - 4 pieces
2. grated coconut 1 tablespoon
3. Mustard paste 2 tablespoons
4. Poppy paste 1 tablespoon
5. Curd 2 tablespoon
6. Mustard Oil 1 tablespoon
7. Vinegar 1 tablespoon
8. Green chilies -4


Process
Wash the fish
Add vinegar and keep it aside for 5-10 mins
Drain off the excess vinegar
In a pan add mustard, poppy seed paste curd, grated
coconut and mix them with salt
 Add fish pieces
Add Mustard pieces and green chilies

In microwave cook the fish for 15 mins
