Vapa Sandesh

Ingredients
1. 500l of full cream milk
2. Elaichi powder 1 teaspoon
3. Vinegar 2 tbspoon/ 1 lemon
4. Milk powder 2 tablespoon
5. Powdered sugar 2 teaspoon
6.saffron7/8 soaked in warm milk

Procee
Boil milk
Add vinegar / lemon
Remove excess water
Keep the paneer in a clean cloth for 2-3 hours
In a mixture container add paneer, elaichi powder, milk powder, saffron soaked in milk
Make a smooth paste
In a foil container, add a butter paper , brush some ghee on the butter paper, add smooth paste , add saffron on top of it 
In a pan add little water, add the foil container on top of a stand inside the pan. Close the lid of the pan and keep it in low flame for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes switch off the gas and bring it to room temperature. Then keep the foil in freezer for 1-2 hrs.
After that cut it into pieces  and it is ready to serve.
