Malai cake

Ingredients
1. 1/3 cup refined oil
2  1/3 cup of curd
3. 1/ 2 cup powder sugar 
4. 1  cup flour
5. 1 table spoon baking powder
6. 1 pinch baking soda
7. Full cream milk 1/2 litre
8. Regular milk 1/2 cup

Process
Boil full cream milk to 40%
In a bowl add 1 cup of Hot regular milk.
Add few strands of saffron to it and keep it for few minutes.
Add saffron to full cream milk.

In another container add oil and sugar and now add flour, baking powder, baking soda
Mix everything well
Preheat oven at 180 degree for 5 mins

In an oven proof container add  the mixture and bake it in convention mode for 15 mins
Then change the side of the cake and bake it for 10 mins.

After baking bring the cake to room temperature add malai ( boiledfull cream milk) on top of it.

Cool it in refrigerator for at least 2 hours and serve it.
