Chicken burger
Ingredients
1. Boneless chicken 200gm
2. Egg 1
3. Refined oil 6 tablespoons
4. Flour 2 cups
5. Home made curd 3 table spoons
6. Powder Sugar 1 table spoon
7. Milk powder 2 tablespoon
8. Baking powder 1 teaspoon
9. Baking soda 1/3 teaspoon
10. Cheese slices
11. Salt as per taste
12. Mustard powder 1 teaspoon
13.ginger garlic paste 1 tablespoon spoon
14. Pepper 1 teaspoon
15. Onion 1 medium sliced
16. Green chillies 3
17. Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon
18. Vinegar 1 table spoon
19. Foil paper 1
20. Toothpick
Process
In a mixing jar add chicken, ginger garlic paste, sliced onion, pepper, green chillies, red chilli powder, vinegar and make a nice paste. Do not add any water. Brush oil inside foil paper.
Wrap the mixture inside a foil paper and festen the ends.
Boil some water , add the foil.keep it in the boiling water for 10 mins.
Then take a container and add some ice to it.
Transfer the foil to ice water, keep it for 10 mins and then refrigerate for an hour at least.
Half an hour before cooking take it out from refrigerator and bring to room temperature, cut it into slices.
Add 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan and shallowfshallow the slices of chicken patties.
In a bowl add flour, powder sugar , baking powder, baking soda, music. Add 1 tablespoon of oil and curd and make a doe. Make the doe soft and keep it on rest for an hour
Mayonise
In blender add 1 egg,3 tablespoon of oil, mustard powder,salt and blend them well
Bring doe to room temperature.
Make 4 large balls.
PreHeat a covered utencil for 5 mins
Brush oil on a plate
Add the buns on the plate. Open the lid of the utencil, add a stand in in , put the plate with buns on top of the utencil. Adjust the height of the stand based on the depth of utencil. Brush milk on top of buns. Cover it.
Open the lid after 10 mins and make the buns upside down, brush some oil if required.
After 10 mins, open the lid check the size of the buns are increased or not.
Turn off the gas, bring the bun to room temperature.
Cut the buns from middle to make two halves, or you can use 2 whole bun without cutting.... Depending on the size of the buns, add mayonise sauce, chicken patty, cheese slices, use a tooth pick to connect the buns and serve it
