Veg labanga latika
Ingredients
1. Flour 1 cup
2. Refined oil 4 tablespoon
3. Potato 1 large
4. Green chillies 3
5. Onion 1 large
6. 4 cloves of garlic
7. Salt
8. Cumin powder 1 teaspoon
9. Gram flour 2 tablespoon
10. Cloves 8-10
11garam masala powder 1 teaspoon
12. Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon
13. Chilli powder 1 teaspoon
14. Coriander powder 1 teaspoon
15. Cumin seeds 1 teaspoon
Process
Boil potato.
In a bowl add flour, salt, 1 tablespoon of oil.
Mix them well, add warm water slowly and make a nice doe.
Keep it covered for at least 2-3 hours.
In a pan add cumin seeds, green chillies, onion, garlic, add boiled potatoes, add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, cumin powder, corriander powder, salt, gram flour, mix them well. Turn off the gas, let the mixture cool down.
Divide the doe into 2 balls.
Make a chapati from one of the balls and divide it into 4 rectangular parts. Keep the mixture inside one of the rectangular portion. Wrap the 4 ends a, bring the ends together add a clove to secure the ends. Labanga latikas are ready to fry.
Add 2 tablespoon of oil in pan. Fry the labanga latikas in oil .
Serve it hot.
