DOI KATLA

Ingredients
1. katla fish 4 pieces
2. curd 200gm ( without water)
3. boiled onion paste
4. charmagaj kaju paste
5. garlic paste
6. poppy seed paste
7. salt
8. sugar
9. garam masala whole
10. bay leaf
11. white oil
12. turmeric 1 pinch
13. green chilli paste
14. red dry chilli 1
procedure
season katla fish with salt
fry katla fish, do not overfry or make it gooden
keep the fried fish aside
in the same oil, add garam masala , bayleaf , red chilli, onion paste, fry for some time at medium flame then add poppy seed, charmagaj, kaju, garlic, chilli  paste mix them well add curd , 1 pinch turmeric, little salt , sugar , add fried fish, add little water, cover the container well till the gravy goes inside the fish, after sometime remove the vover cook for sometime in low flame
then serve it hot.
please remember not to keeep too much gravy ...
