Veg Nabaratna Korma
Ingredients
9types of vegetables
1. Paneer
2. Cauliflower
3. Capcicum
4. Baby corn
5. Carrot
6. Beans
7. Green chilli
8. Potato
9. Brocolli
Spicies whole
1.garam masala whole- cinamom, cardamom, cloves,
2. White cumin
3. Star anice
4. Jaifal
5. Joyeetre
6. Bay leaf
7.crushed peeper
8. Poppy seed cashew and charmagaj paste
9. pinch of haldi
10. curd
11 .milk
12. saffron
13. refined oil / ghee
14. salt
15. sugar
16. ginger paste

process
cut and boil the vegetables ( except paneer and chilli)add little salt while boiling at medium flame
add refined oil / ghee
fry cauliflower to little reddish
fry other vegetables as well
again heat oil in a pan
add the whole spices
add ginger
add poppy cashew and charmagaj paste
add milk, little pinch of haldi, curd
now add the fried vegetables
add salt and sugar
add saffron
add little ghee from top and garam masala powder
