 Cheesy chicken poppers


Ingridients


1. Boneless chicken 200gm

2. Vinegar 1 tablespoon

3. Garlic paste 1 tablespoon

4. Pepper 1 teaspoon

5. Salt as per taste

6. Tomato sauce 1 tablespoon

4. Red chilli sauce 1 tablrspoon

5. Water 2 tablespoon

6. Egg -1

7. Flour 3 tablespoons

8. Cornflowers 1 tablespoon

9. Mixed herbs 1 teaspoon

10. Refined oil

11. Butter 1 tablespoon

12. Milk 0.5 cup

13. Grated cheese 0.5 cup

14. Red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon


Process

Marinate boneless chicken in vinegar for 30 mins

Remove excess vinegar

Add garlic paste, salt, pepper, red chilli powder 1/4 teaspoon to the chicken, break 1 egg and marinate it for 30 mins


In a bowl add 2 tablespoon of flour and cornflower, pepper powder, salt, mix them well, coat the chicken in flour and deep fry it


In a pan add red chilli sauce, tomato sauce, waterand allow it to boil, add the chicken popcorns to it and saute thoroughly


In a seperate pan add 2 cubes butter, remaining flour, mix them well, add 1.5 cups milk and whisk it properly so that there is no lump in it. Boil it, add  grated cheese, once the cheese sauce gains consistency, turn off the heat, pour the cheese sauce on chicken poppers, add pinch of red chilli powder and serve it
