Chicken Barra

Ingridients

1. Hunk Curd 6 table spoon
2. 2 table spoon of fresh cream
3. 1 table spoon of vinegar
4. 2 tablespoon of ginger garlic paste
5. 1 teaspoon of kashmiri chilli powder
6. 1/2 tea spoon garam masala powder
7. salt as per taste
8. 1 tea spoon pepper powder
9. 1 tea spoon chat masala
10. 500gm chicken
11. salt as per taste
12. mustard oil 4 tablespoon
13. 4 tea spoon butter
14. onion -1
15. cashew -20
16. pineapple seeds 2 tablespoon
17. green chillies -5
18. 2 tea spoon of chopped garlic

Process
Take a bowl, add 3 tablespoons of hunk card , add vinegar, ginger garlic paste, kashmiri chilli powder,garam masala powder, salt as per taste, pepper powder, chat masala , 1 tablespoon mustard oil.
Slit chicken pieces, add chicken pieces in the bowl and marinate for 3-4 hours.
Take a pan , add 2 tea spoon butter, fry the chicken pieces, add the marinated masala, cover and cook for 10 mins.
Add the Fried chicken in grill and grill for 5 mins each side.
In a pan add 2 tea spoon butter, add sliced onion , cashew nuts and roast them,
In a mixer add fried onion, cashew nuts, pineapple seeds, 2 tablespoon hunk card, green chillies and make a paste.
Add oil in apan, add chopped garlic, add the paste and cook for 5 mins add chicken pieces and cook for 5 more mins, add fresh cream and cook for 2 more mins and then serve.
