 Egg Souffle

Ingridients

1. 2 eggs

2. Butter 1/4 teaspoon

3. Cheese cube -1

4. Salt as per taste

5. Pepper 1 tea spoon

6. Milk 1/2 cup room temperature 

7. Whip cream powder 2 tablespoon

8. Mixed herbs

9. Baking powder 1 teaspoon

10. Baking cups


Process

Mix milk with whip cream powder. Use electric grinder to mix smoothly till foam appears

Seperate egg yolk and egg white, use electric grinder to mix the egg white with salt, pepper properly

In cup brush butter thoroughly add egg white, followed by cream, then add egg yolk, add mixed herbs

Preheat oven at 200 degrees for 5 minutes

Add the cups and bake for 15 mins at 150 degrees
