This year we have celebrated 75th year of Independence on 15 th August 2021.The National Flag of India( tiranga) was also adopted in the same year - 22july 1947 inspired from Swaraj flag. When we were celebrating  75th Independence day all around, I thought ' why not cook something which we love and presrnt in a tiranga form'. This was a sudden decision which convinced me to prepare this tricolor dish for my family. Since we normally have all types of chicken seperately.
But here I tried to bring them together on the same platform

Recipe
Ingredients
1. Boneless chicken 250 gm
2. Curd 200 gms
3. Ginger garlic paste 2. 5 tablespoons
4. Butter 2 tablestaste
,,5. Pepper 2 tablespoon
6. Mayonese1 tablespoon
7. Cheddar cheese 1 slice
8. Fresh cream 2 tablespoon
9. Saffron food color 1 pinch
10. Corriander leaves ,green chillies 2, mint leaves
11. Vinegar 2 tablespoon
12. Cloves
13. Foil box -1
14. Salt - taste

Process
Marinate chicken in vinegar for 1 hour
Remove excess vinegar
Divide chicken in 3 parts
Make a mixture with corriander, mint leaves, green chillies, 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste,add curd 1 teaspoon and mix them well
Add few chicken pieces and marinate it for 4 hours
In another bowl, add 2 tablespoon curd, in it add 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste, mix them well, add pepper, followed by saffron food color, add chicken and marinate it for 4 hrs

In another bowl, add curd 1 tablespoon, add mayonese, fresh cream, mix them well, add remaining ginger garlic paste, pepper and marinate the chicken for 4 hours

Bring chicken to room temperature, add salt to 3 containers. Preheat oven at 200 degree for 5 mins, in convection node at 150 degree cook the green chicken after 10 mins flip them upside down, cook gor another 5 mins at 150 degrees. Microwave the chicken for 3 mins to remove excess water
Heat pan, add butter, add tge white chicken, add gravy to it, cover it and cook both sides for 5 -10 mins each, add cheese, allow the cheese to melt, keep aside
Again heat oan, add saffron chicken, cover and cook both sides for 5 mins, add cheese on top, allow it to melt
In serving tray add 3 types of chicken. Use cloves to make ashok chakra in centre and serve
