Ingredients

1. Amsatta -2

2. Milkmaid 250gm

3. Mawa 200gm

4. Milk 2 cups

5. Elaichi powder 1 teaspoon

6. Ghee - 2 teaspoon

7. Dryfruits - cashew and almonds ( 5-6 each)

8. Safrron 8-10 strands

9. Gems

10. Amulya milk powder 2 tablespoon 


Process

Heat a pan, add milk, once the milk starts boiling, take two tablespoon of milk aside,pour in a bowl, add saffron. Add grated mawa in milk, stir it continuously. Add milk maid,saffron soaked milk, stir continuously, add powder milk, once the liquid evaporates pour it in bowl and freeze it for 2 hours. Roast grated dry fruits in ghee. Cut the amsatta in small slices, take the mixture and add in between, roll the amsatta, garnish with roasted dry fruit and gems.
