 Healthy and tasty chickpea


Ingredients

1. Chickpeas 100 gm soaked overnight and boiled

2. Potato 1 - cut into small pieces

3. Onion 1 cut into slices

4. Chopped garlic

5. Green chillies sliced 2/3

6. Salt - as per taste

7. Red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon

8. Oil 1 tablespoon

9. Garam masala powder 1 teaspoon


Process

Heat pan in oil,  fry the potatoes, keep them aside,  saute the chickpeas,fry the onions till they are golden brown, add potatoes,  red chilli powder, salt,add water, allow the potatoes to boil, add chickpeas to it, let the excess water dry, add garam masala powder and serve
