 Medu vada

Ingredients

1. Urad dal 1/2 cup soaked in water overnight

2. Baking powder 1 teaspoon.3. onion chopped 1 small

3. 1/2 inch ginger grated

4. Salt

5. Flour 2 tablespoon

6. Cornflower 1 tablespoon

7. Refined oil


Process

Remove excess water from urad dal, make a paste of dal, add onion, grated ginger, salt to it.

Add cornflower, flour to it and make a thick batter. Use both of your hands to give shape. Heat oil in pan and fry them.
