Shimla Paneer


Ingredients

  • Paneer
  • Shimla Mirch
  • Cashew, poppy seeds, charmagaj paste - 1 tbsp
  • Peeper
  • Salt to taste
  • Butter


Process

1. Cut paneer in small pieces
2. Add butter in frypan
3. Fry the paneer pieces
4. Add cashew poppy charmagaj paste
5. Add salt and peeper
6. Clean inside Shimla mirch
7. Add paneer mixture and cheese

Bake the dish in preheated oven at 120 degree for 15 minutes and serve
