Egg finger

Ingredients
1. Eggs 2
2. Milk 1 cup
3. Ginger garlic paste 1 table spoon
4. Green chilli paste 1 teaspoon
5. Red chilli powder
6. Pepper
7. Bread crumbs
8. Flour
9. Salt
10.refined oil

Process

Break the eggs add milk, ginger garlic paste, green chilli paste. Blend them for at least 10 mins. Add salt, pepper, red chilli powder.
Mix everything well.
In a tiffin box brush some oil, add the mixture, close the lid of the tiffin box.
In boiling water add a stand and keep the tiffin box on top of the stand.
Boil it for 20 mins. The mixture increases in size. Bring it to room temperature
Cut the mixture in finger shapes. Add salt in the flour and mix them well. Coat it with flour and then with breadcrumbs. In a pan add oil , heat it and fry the fingers.

It is ready to serve with mayonese/ sauce
