Ingredients

1. Boneless chicken cut into small pieces 200gm

2. Cheese cubes-2

3. Mayonese 1 tablespoon

4. Fresh cream -2 tablespoon

5. Salt as per taste

6. Pepper -1 teaspoon

7. Green chilli -2 

8. Ginger garlic paste 1 tablespoon

9. Flour -4 tablespoon

10. Butter - 1 cube

11. Ghee 1 tablespoon

12. Refined oil to fry

13. Coriander leaves

14. Bowl -1( steel)


Process

Marinate chicken with fresh cream, mayonese, ginger garlic paste, salt , coriander leaves, green chilli slices for 3-4 hrs. In pan add butter, add marinated chicken and cook for 10 mins, add 1 grated cheese from top.put the cooked chicken in a bowl. Add ghee and salt to flour and mix them, add lukewarm water and knead the dough, make small pieces from dough, add inside the bowl.fry the bowl in warm oil so that the flour inside comes out. Bring it to room temperature, add chicken in it, add sliced cheese on top. Bake it in preheated oven at 200 degrees for 5 mins and serve it
