Holud chingri


 


Ingredients

1. Prawn 200gm

2. Coconut grated 2 tablespoons

3. Kalojeera 1 tea spoon

4. Red chilli -1

5. Green chilli -2

6. Red chilli powder 1/4 teaspoon

7. Garlic paste 2 teaspoon

8. Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon

9. Mustard oil 2 tablespoon

10. Salt as per taste

11. Mustard paste 1 teaspoon

Process

Marinate prawn with turmeric powder,salt, mustard oil for 30 mins.

In pan add mustard oil, fry prawns for 1 min. Add kalojeera,garlic paste, then add musyard paste, turmeric powder, salt, add water, add prawns, then grated coconut, garnish eith slitted green chilli, red chilli and serve
