Chitol macher kofta curry


Ingredients

1. Chitol fish grated 500gm

2. Boiled Potato 1 medium sized 

3. Onion 2 medium sized

4. Garlic paste 2 teaspoon

5. Ginger paste 1 tablespoon

6. Chilli powder 1 teaspoon 

7. Tomato puree 1/2 cup

8. Fresh cream 2 tablespoon

9. Mustard oil 1/2 cup

10. Ghee 2 tablespoon

11. Salt as per taste

12. Haldi powder 1 teaspoon

13.cumin powder 1 tablespoon


Process

In a bowl add grated chitol fish, boiled potato, 1 medium sized onion chopped, chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon, salt, ghee 1 teaspoon, mix everything, take small portion and make a ball with both hands.Fry the balls in mustard oil.

In pan add mustard oil, add onion chopped, once the onion is soft add ginger paste, garlic paste,tomato puree and cook for sometime. Add ghee on top, now add haldi powder, salt, red chilli powder, cumin powder, mix everything well, add little water. Now add the fried balls. Cover the lid, cook for 5-10 mins. Pour fresh cream and serve.
