Chingri latpati
Ingredients
1. Bagda chingri ( prawn) 200gm
2. Onion 1 ( small) - slices
3. Onion 1 ( medium) - paste
4. Ginger garlic paste 2 table spoons
5. Potato -1 slices
6. Tomato 1 medium
7. Garam masala powder 1 teaspoon
8. Turmeric powder 2 teaspoon
9. Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon
10. Salt
11. Mustard oil 3 table spoon
Procedure
Clean the prawns
Marinate prawns and potatoes with salt and turmeric powder
Fry the potatoes and prawns ( light fry)
Fry the onion slices to light brown
Add onion paste, ginger garlic paste, tomato paste, turmeric powder, chilli powder salt
Mix them properly
Add water, potatoes, prawns and cover the pan
Cook for 5-10 mins
Garnish with garam masala powder
Serve it hot
