Egg Rice


Ingredients
1. Eggs :2
2. Ginger Garlic paste 1 table spoon
3. Mustard oil 1 table spoon
4. Refined oil 1 table spoon
5. Garam Masala whole
6. Red chilli powder1 teaspooon
7. Turmeric powder 2 tea spoon
8. Potato :1
9. Salt - as per taste
10. Rice - 1.5 glass
11. Tomato paste :1
12: Onion paste : 1
13. pepper :1 teaspoon

Process
Boil eggs
Fry eggs and potato (marinated with salt and turmeric powder)
cook the rice upto 80%
In a pan add mustard oil
Then add onion paste, ginger garlic paste tomato paste
Mix them well , add Turmeric powder , red chilli powder, salt
Add water and cook them well and then add potato and eggs.
Cover the pan and cook for 5 minutes
In a separate pan add refined oil , garam masala whole
Then add rice and fry it for some time, add cooked eggm salt , peeper and mix them well
Cook for 5 minutes and serve hot.
Optional : you can garnish with garam masala powder
