Raser golla.... Rasagolla
I am bengali...so I love sweets and rasagolla is my favourite....
I got the recepie from one of my friend and made some changes
Let's check out the recepie
Ingredients
1. 500l milk
2. 2 lemon
3. Sugar
4. Flour
Process
Boil the milk
Turn off the gas
Add lemon juice and stir it continuously
Take the coagulated product and bind it in a clean cloth and keep it for 30 mins
Add sugar to a pan, add water 5 times to the sugar and boil it
After 30 mins take the coagulated product and wash it in running water
Mix 1 table spoon of flour and knit it well
Make small balls and por them to boiling sugar water
Keep the flame high for 30 mins andthen lower the flame for another 20 mins
pour them into a container and store it
