Dalia

Ingredients
1. Dalia 1 cup
2. Moong dal 1cup
3. Ginger paste 2 tbsp
4. One tomato paste
5. 4 green chilly paste
6. Asfoetida
7. Vegetables ( capcicum, cauliflower, babycorn....any other available vegetable)
8. Mustard oil
9. Cumin seeds whole
10. Salt and haldi
Procedure
Fry moong dal in  pan
Soak Dalia in water
Boil cauliflower
Heat oil in a pan
Fry the vegetables in a pan
Add cumin seeds and asfoetida to oil
Add ginger paste, tomato paste and green chilli paste
Add Dalia and fried moong dal
Mix them well
Add 8 cups of water
Add salt, haldi and cover the pan
After 10 mins open the lid and check if the water evaporated
Serve it hot
Garnish with coriander leaves (optional not in picture)
