Pepper chicken...... Indo western style

Chicken is all time favourite....easy to cook good to taste dish.....
I have tried some indo western style of preparing pepper chicken.....
Let's see how my recepie goes ... Please taste and share your views

Ingredients
1. Boneless chicken 700gm
2. Garlic paste 1 whole
3. Little ginger paste
4. Fresh cream
5. Pepper
6. Salt
7. Cashew and Charmagaj ( watermelon seeds ) paste
8. White Oil
9. Vinegar

Recepie
Add 1 teaspoon of vinegar and marinate chicken for 45 mins
Drain off extra vinegar
Add fresh cream ginger garlic paste to chicken
Add enough of fresh cream to make chicken softer
Dip chicken inside fresh cream

Marinate overnight
Keep in room temperature for half an hour add salt pepper
Add oil in pan, fry chicken till they are light brownish
Add marinated gravy
Cashew Charmagaj paste
Boiled water
Salt and pepper as per taste
Serve it to the serving bowl
Ps... You can have it with nun, kulcha, roti....
