Kucho chingri r bora
Ingredients
1. Prawn ( kucho chingri) -300gm
2. Ginger garlic paste
3. Onion slices
4. Green chillies
5. Egg -1
6. Baking powder
7. Cornflower
8. Bread crumbs
9. Refined oil
10. Maida
11. Salt
Process
Boil some water, add prawns to the boiling water and keep it for some time then strain the excess water
Make a thick paste of prawn with ginger garlic green chilly add sliced onion baking powder and salt to it.
Roast the mixture in a dry pan.
Make small balls
Make a batter of egg maida salt and cornflower
Dip balls into batter and then breadcrumbs
Heat refined oil and fry the boils.
Serve with Schezwan chutney and slice onions, green chillies
( not in this picture)
