Sugar free rawa
Being quarantine, we donot have any option to go out for evening snacks..... I preferred to prepare this sweet dish , but thought of making bit sugar free for diabetic patients....
Ingredients
1.1 cup of rawa
2. 1 cup of powdered milk
3. 3 cups of water
4. 4 tablespoons of ghee
5. Dry fruits ( almond, cashew, kismis, raisins ) 50 gm
6. Garam masala whole ( grinded)
Recepie
Heat pan
Add 2 table spoons of ghee
Add dry fruits, fry them in low flame for 1/2 minutes
Take out the fried dry fruits
Add 2 more table spoons of ghee
Add rawa and fry it in low flame for 2 mins
Add 1 cup water to one cup of powder milk and mix well
Add the milk to pan
Add remaining 2 cups of water
Stir them well
Cover the pan and cook for 5 minutes till the mixture gets thickened
