Chicken bruschetta
Ingredients
1. Boneless chicken 4 cubes
2. Vinegar 1 teaspoon
3. 2 white breads
4. Butter 1 cube
5. Cheese cubes 1/2
6. Mayonese 2 tablespoon
7. Oil 1 teaspoon
8. Milk 1/2 cup
9. Salt
10. Pepper 1 teaspoon
11. Mixed herbs
12. Ginger garlic paste 1 teaspoon
Process
Marinate chicken cubes in vinegar for 30 mins
Remove excess vinegar, add melted butter, mayonese1 tablespoon, giner garlic paste , 2 tablespoon of milk , pepper, mixed herbs and marinate it for 3-4 hours.
Bring it to room temperature, add oil in pan, add chicken pieces saute them, add milk, followed by lukewarm water allow chicken to boil, crush the chicken, add mayonese after water is dried, add mixed herbes, let the mixture cool
Remove the sides of bread , cut them into 2 pieces each ( vertically), hard toast the bread pnbtwo sides, add chicken mixture on top,add cheese cubes ( cut into further small cubes), put the entire thing in microwave and allow cheese to melt. Serve it hot
