Veg chilla
Ingredients
1. Moong dal 1 cup soaked in water for 5 hours
2. Grated paneer 2 tablespoon
3. vegetables onion, capcicum,beans, babycorn, green chillies, tomato chopped
4. Ginger paste 1 teaspoon
5. Refined oil 1 teaspoon
6. Salt
7. Red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon
8. Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon
9.garam masala 1 teaspoon
Process
Add 3 tablespoon of water, salt in the soaked dal make a thick paste.
Add water if the concentration increases
In a pan, add oil add ginger paste, then add vegetables , saute tham, add salt, turmeric, red chilli, garam masala powder. Turn off heat add grated paneer.
Heat a tawa, add a spoonful of batter and cover the pan, when one side is cooked flip it add vegetables at the centre and fold the sides, once both sides are cooked, serve it
Add handful of water on tawa, soak excess water with a cotton cloth, and repeat the process.
