Chicken wings in white sauce
Ingredients
1. Chicken wings 6 pieces
2. Milk 1/2 cup
3. Garlic paste 2 teaspoon
4. Barbecue sauce 1 teaspoon
5. Corriander powder 1 teaspoon
6. Salt
7. Flour 2 tablespoon
8. Cornflower 1 tablespoon
9. Olive oil 2 tablespoon
10. Vinegar 1 tablespoon
11. Chilli flakes
12. Mixed herbs 1 teaspoon
Process
Marinate chicken in vinegar for 30 mins
Remove excess vinegar
In a bowl add milk, marinate chicken for 1 hour
Take out chicken from milk in a separate bowl , add garlic paste, 1 teaspoon, barbecue sauce, corriander powder,salt, cornflower, flour, mixed herbs, chilli flakes and marinate chicken wings for 1 hour
Heat oil in pan, fry chicken wings ( without excess marinated gravy) to golden brown
Add remaining ginger paste in pan, add the milk which was used in marination, add marinated masala , add water 1 teaspoon if required, add salt and make a thick gravy, add fried chicken wings and saute both sides for 5 mins. Serve hot.
