 Mini creamy chicken Patti's

Ingredients

1. Boneless chicken 3/4 pieces

2. Ginger garlic tomato paste 1 teaspoon

3. Cheese 1 cube grated

4 . Mayonese 2 teaspoon

10 . Refined Oil 2 tablespoon

11. Onion 1 chopped

12. Parties sheet 4

13. Vinegar 1 teaspoon

14. Pepper 1 teaspoon

15. Mixed herbs 1 teaspoon

16. Green chillies 3

17. Salt


Process

Marinate chicken in venegar for 30 mins

Heat a pan, add 1 tablespoon of oil , fry the onion till they are golden brown, add green chillies, follows by ginger garlic paste, add chicken pieces, add salt, pepper, origano add lukewarm water allow the chicken to boil, once the chicken is boiled, increase the flame add mayoneses , crush the chicken, add grated cheese , mix everything well , let the water dry out completelyand turn off the flame. Let the mixture cool down.

Take the patties sheet, place the chicken at the centre and fold either sides, use water to stick the open ends 

Add oil in pan add the paties and shallow fry them, serve with tomato sauce
