Egg chicken moglai
Ingredients
1. Egg 1
2. Boneless chicken 4 medium sized
3. Sliced onion 2
4. Ginger garlic green chilli tomato paste 3 tablespoon
5. Corriander powder 1 teaspoon
6. Garam masala powder 1 teaspoon
7. Salt
8. Flour 1.5 cup
9. Refined oil 3 tablespoon
10. Dalda 2 tablespoon
11. Lukewarm water
12. Sugar 1 teaspoon
13. Red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon
14. Sliced green chillies 3
Process
Add flour in a bowl, mix with dalda thoroughly, if required add little oil, add salt, sugar, add little lukewarm water slowly and gradually and mix everything well. Knead the dough , do not make it too hard or too soft. Cover it with warm hydrated towel and rest it for 5-6 hours.
Marinate chicken in venegar for 30 mins
In pan add refined oil, fry the onion ( 1.5 onion sliced) , add ginger garlic green chilli tomato paste,1/4 teaspoon red chilli powder, garam masala, corriander powder ( 1/2 teaspoon each), salt,mix everything well, add chicken in the mixture, add lukewarm water, allow chicken to boil, once the chicken is boiled keep the flame high so that excess moisture is disappeared.
In a bowl add a broken egg, add onion and green chilly slices, red chilli powder, corriander powder, garam masala powder, salt and mix everything well.
Use rolling pin to make a thin roti, add half of the egg mixture at the centre, fold the sides.
Heat a pan, add oil, add moglai parathas and fry yhemvtill golden brown,2 moglai parathas prepared.
Serve with chicken side dish prepared
