 Fish tikka


Ingredients

1. Bhetki fillets cut into square pieces -8/9

2. Vinegar 2 tablespoons

3. Ginger garlic green chilli paste 2 tablespoon

3. Hunk curd 2 tablespoon

4. Olive oil 1 tablespoon

5. Melted Butter 1 teaspoon

6. Corriander powder 1 teaspoon

7. Garam masala powder 1 teaspoon

8. Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon

9. Red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon

10. Salt

11. Onion 1

12. Capcicum 1( optional , I didn't have capcicum so could not use it)

13. Wooden sticks 4

14. Roasted gram flour 2 tablespoon

15. Cornflower 1 tablespoon


Process

Marinate fish in vinegar for 30 mins

In a bowl add curd, add corriander powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, ginger garlic paste, make a thick batter. Add gram flour and cornflower into it, add 2/3 tablespoon of water in case the batter is too thick. Do not add salt, remove excess vinegar from fish , add fish fillets into the batter, add 1 teaspoon of oil and coat the fish properly. Refrigerate the marinated fish for 3 hours. Bring it to room temperature , add salt, add onion and capcicum slices to it, coat them properly. In wooden sticks add onion followed by fish followed by onion or capcicum followed by fish again. Repeat for all sticks.

Add remaining oil and bitter on pan, add the sticks in the pan, fry both sides well, till the fish is cooked properly, take them out of sticks and serve or serve them with sticks
