 Veggie chicken utthapam 

Ingredients

1. Rice 1/2 cup

2. Urad dal 1/2 cup

3. Fenugreek seeds 1 teaspoon

4. Ajwain 1 teaspoon

5. Salt

6. Available green vegetables ( beans, tomato, carrot, babycorn, chilli, onion)

7. Ginger garlic paste 1 tablespoon

8. Refined oil 2 tablespoon

9. Poha 1/4 cup

10. Red chilli powder 1/4 teaspoon

11. Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon

12. Pepper 1/2 teaspoon

13. Garam masala powder 1/2 teaspoon

14. Corriander powder 1/2 teaspoon


Process

Soak rice and dal for 2 hours,soak poha for 30 mins.

Add Fenugreek seeds and ajwain in rice and dal.

 Make a paste or rice and urad dal.

Make a paste of poha, mix everything, add salt and garment overnight.

Boil chicken in salt and pepper. 

In a pan take 1 tablespoon of oil, fry onions, saute the vegetables and chicken, add chicken stock, ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, corriander powder and make a dry gravy.

Let the gravy cool.heat a pan, add drops of oil , add the batter, cover it with lid, once one side is fone flip it , cook the other side as well and add chicken mixture. Take it out of pan and serve it
