Veg kabab
Ingredients
1. Gram flour ( besan) 2 tablespoon
2. Semolina 2 tablespoon
3. Beans 4/5 chopped
4. Carrot 1 chopped
5. Onion 1 chopped
6. Ginger garlic paste 1 tablespoon
7. Green chillies chopped 2/3
8. Garam masala powder 1 teaspoon
9. Red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon
10. Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
11. Salt
12. Mustard seeds
13. Asfoetida 1/2 teaspoon
14. Refined oil 3 tablespoon
15. Curry leaves ( those who prefer to have, since I don't like it, I haven't used)
16, corriander powder 1/2 teaspoon
Process
In a bowl add gram flour, semolina, salt, turmeric powder and make a thick batter
In a pan add 1/2 teaspoon of oil, add Mustard seeds and asfoetida, curry leaves ( optional) add the batter , saute it thoroughly till water disappears.
Take it in a bowl and let it cool.
In pan add 1/2 tablespoon of oil, saute the vegetables along with ginger garlic paste for 5 mins. Add the waited vegetables to the gramflour, semolina mixture, add red chilli powder, corriander powder, mix everything well.
grease your hand with water / oil.
Make small balls and flatten the balls with your hands to give shape of kabab
Shallow Fry it in oil and serve it hot
