Ingredients

1. 3 medium sized potatoes peeled off and grated

2. Refined oil 4 tablespoon

4. Butter 1 teaspoon

5. Garlic paste

6. Red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon

7. Corriander powder 1 teaspoon

8. Cornflower 2 tablespoon

9. Rice flour 2 tablespoon

10. Cheese cube 1 grated

11. Salt

12. Pepper 1/2 teaspoon

13. Mixed herbs


Process

Soak the grated potatoes in water for 5-10 mins, wash off execess water.

In a pan add some water , add grated pities in it such that level of water is more than potatoes.

Boil water for 5 mins till the potatoes become bit softer ( do not boil them completely).

Drain off excess water, wash with cold water to bring in room temperature.spread it on a cloth and allow the cloth to soak excess water

Add butter in pan and fry grated potatoes for 5 mins in medium to low flame till the water evaporates. 

Bring it to room temperature, add garlic paste, red chilli powder, salt, corriander powder, mixed herbs, cheese, pepper, cornflower, rice flour, 

Mix everything and make a tight doe.

Take a small portion of foe and flatten it with hand or rolling pin, give shape of hash browns.


On a tray add all the hash browns and refrigerate it for overnight.

Heat oil , take out hash browns, fry them in hot oil.

Serve with tomato sauce or mayonese
